Under the microscope, pollen grains of Cannabis sativa (marijuana) often look like faces, sort of wasted screwball faces at that! The photos were made at 1000 X magnification and edited in Adobe Photoshop CC. Their apparent softness is due to their 3-dimensionality; the "edges" are actually folds or curved surfaces.
